How do I book a cruise?
Booking a cruise is easy! Follow these steps:
- Create a free account or log in if you already have one
- Browse available cruises and select your preferred destination
- Choose your travel dates and cabin type
- Add any optional extras like dining packages or shore excursions
- Complete your profile information and payment
- Receive your booking confirmation via email
What is the referral program?
Our referral program rewards you for sharing Monster Cruise Cash with friends and family!
- Earn $50 in cruise credit for each friend who books their first cruise
- Your friend gets $25 off their first booking when they use your referral code
- Find your unique referral code in your dashboard under the Referrals tab
- Credits are automatically applied to your account and can be used on future bookings
- No limit on how many friends you can refer!
How do I earn and use rewards?
Cruise Cash members earn rewards in several ways:
Earning Rewards:
- Earn points on every cruise booking
- Bonus points for off-season travel
- Referral bonuses when friends book
- Birthday bonus points
Using Rewards:
- Apply rewards at checkout for discounts
- Upgrade your cabin using points
- Redeem for onboard credit
- Check your balance in the dashboard
Can I cancel or modify my booking?
Yes, bookings can be modified or cancelled based on our policy:
Modifications:
- Date changes allowed up to 60 days before departure
- Cabin upgrades available anytime (subject to availability)
- Contact support to make changes to your booking
Cancellations:
- Full refund if cancelled 90+ days before departure
- 50% refund if cancelled 60-89 days before departure
- No refund if cancelled less than 60 days before departure
- Travel insurance is recommended for flexibility
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept multiple payment methods for your convenience:
- All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
- Debit cards with credit card processing
- PayPal for online bookings
- Cruise Cash rewards and credits
- Payment plans available for bookings over $2,000
